Please note that your child may play UP one division, although we do not recommend this.
Your child MAY NOT PLAY DOWN A DIVISION regardless of player size, player ability level, or even if their birthdate is one day before the cutoff. BVYA does not allow children to move down or stay in a division once they age out of that division.
