If you are an assistant coach on any BVYA Baseball team and have not completed a volunteer application and signed the code of conduct, you must do so prior to assisting with your team. Applications and code of conduct can be printed from our website, visit code of conduct, print application/code of conduct and either drop by the office or it can be faxed to 210-659-0640.
Divisions - all division ages are based on the players age as of April 30, 2008 (except for Lil Sluggers)
*Lil Sluggers - 4 years of age (missing Pony age cutoff - must turn 4 during 2008)
*Shetland - 5&6 years of age
*Pinto - 7&8 years of age
*Mustang - 9&10 years of age
*Bronco - 11&12 years of age
*Pony - 13&14 years of age
Colt/Palomino - 15 thur 19 years of age - this division will not begin until the Clemens baseball season is done - typically we do not begin this season until the end of May but due to the High Schools ending earlier this year, we could possibly begin this division earlier. IF you are interested in playing in this division, please call our office, leave your name, date of birth, contact number and request to be placed on the Colt/Palomino list. We will contact you when we are ready to form these teams. Very important to be placed on this list if you are interested in playing.
All late registrations have a $5 late fee per player. If you reside outside the City of Schertz you will have a $5 city fee per player.
Registration fees are as follows for the open divisions (Fees listed below do not include late fee or city fee)
*LIl Sluggers - $50
*Shetland - $75
*Pinto - $75
*Bronco - $80
*Colt/Palomino - $90 (late fee does not apply to this division)
If you are interested in enrolling your child in a division that has an opening, please call the BVYA office at 210-659-1610 to verify that opening is still available. If you are interested in placing your child on a waiting list for one of the full divisions, please call the office and leave the players name, date of birth and a contact number and request to be placed on the waiting list for that division.
